in der Zeit Studium an der Kosmetikakademie Frankfurt, und danach

6 monatiger London-Aufenthalt für Make-up Praktikum, Kunst- und Sprachstudien

Ab 1982 Professioneller Start als Make-up Artist / Visagist

Seitdem freiberuflich international tätig hauptsächlich für Mode

und Kosmetik für Zeitschriften, Modehäuser und Designer,

Kosmetikfirmen und Kosmetikkonzerne, Werbeagenturen, sowie

für Film, Fotos, Modenschauen, Musikproduktionen und Events

Creativdirector für Make-up bei diversen Kollektions-Präsentationen in

Deutschland (z. B. Jil Sander, Joop, Akris

Marc Cain, Joseph Janard, Bogner, Escada, Otto Kern,

Tiffany & Co., Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton u. v. a.) und International

(z. B. Jil Sander, Joop, Gucci, Iceberg, Trussardi, Erreuno,

Enrico Coveri, Antonio Fusco, Kathren Hammnet, Atil Kutoglu

u. v. a.) in Mailand, New York und Istanbul

Seit ca 10 Jahren bin ich auch tätig als freier Berater für diverse

Kosmetikfirmen, bei der Entstehung der Make-up Produkte und Farben (z. B.

Coty International, Lancaster, Jil Sander, M. Astor, E. Betrix, Laura Biagiotti, u. a.)

Ab 2001 Make-up Atelier Serdar Vural in Frankfurt am Main

Neben meinen freiberuflichen sonstigen Tätigkeiten biete ich in meinem Atelier Workshops und Seminare in Sachen Schönheit, Ästhetik, Stil-, Typ-

und Make-up Beratungen an. Diese Seminare sind sowohl für persönliche / private

aber auch für professionelle Anwender und beinhalten theoretische und praktische Informationen für das private Nutzen aber auch für die berufliche Verwendungen,

so wie für Film-, Foto-, Show Make-up e.t.c.

In 2006 eine große Ehre und Freude für den großartigen international anerkannten Choreographen Wiliam Forsythe & Dance Company für den Film "One Flat Thing - Reproduced" als verantwortlicher Kreativdirektor für Make-up gearbeitet zu haben. Der Film wurde auf mehreren Tanz + Ballett Festivals auf der ganzen Welt mit höchsten Preisen honoriert.

End 1974 Relocation to Frankfurt am Main / Germany

1975 - 1977 Advanced architectural studies at TH Darmstadt

End 1977 Styling for still-life and commercial photography

Parallel activities: Studies at the Academy for Cosmetology Frankfurt,

6 months residence in London for practical training in make-up, art and

language studies

In 1982 Starting professional practice as make-up artist / visagist

Since then I have been active internationally on a self-employed base

principally in the area of fashion and cosmetics for periodicals / magazines,

houses of fashion and design, cosmetic companies, enterprises,

commercial enterprises, as well as in film, photography and fashion shows,

music productions and events

Creative director / head make-up artist for various collection

presentations in Germany (e.g., Jil Sander, Joop, Marc Cain, Joseph Janard,

Bogner, Escada, Akris, Calvin Klein, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton and many

others) and also as make-up artist international (e.g., Jil sander, Joop, Gucci,

Iceberg, Trussardi, Erreuno, Enrico Coveri, Antonio Fusco, Kathren

Hammnet, Atil Kutoglu and many others) in Milan, New York and Istanbul

For approx. 10 years I have also been engaged as on a consultant base for

numerous cosmetic companies / institutes (e.g., Coty International, Lancaster,

Jil Sander, M. Astor, E. Betrix, Laura Biagiotti, et al.) for the creation of make-

up products and colours

In addition to my freelance work, I also offer workshops and seminars on beauty, aesthetics, style and make-up consultations. These seminars are for both personal / private but also for professional users and include theoretical and practical informations for private use but also for professional use, as for film, photo, show make-up e.t.c.

2006 a great honor and joy to work for the internationally acclaimed great choreographer Wiliam Forsythe & Dance Company for the film "One Flat Thing - Reproduced" as the responsible creative director for make-up. The film was highly recognized and awarded with top prizes at several dance and ballet festivals around the world.
